Maintenance tech - Property associate

San Antonio, tx.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to start as soon as possible.

Property associate/ Maintenance tech needed for a warehouse/storage facility.

Job duties:

Conduct routine walkthroughs to identify necessary repairs inside the office and warehouse.

Collect security deposits and rent.

Implement procedures for delinquent accounts.

Oversee turnkey preparations for new tenants.

Troubleshoot and perform or schedule property repairs.

Qualifications:

- Must have some computer exp (Microsoft, excel)

- Must have handy man/general labor exp (Will be helping build racks, cubicles, repairs etc)

- Background check required (Will be working with minimal supervision)

- Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm

- $20hr temp to perm position
