Owner Operators Needed – Steady Local Work & Home Nightly!

Hey there, drivers! We’re a reliable trucking company with consistent local runs and steady pay, looking to add an experienced owner operator to our team.

Here’s what you can expect:

Home every night & weekends off! No overnight stays

Monday through Friday runs mainly around San Antonio / Austin

Weekly pay & direct deposit — get paid fast!

Fuel card & fuel surcharge paid — save dollars on fuel!

Cargo insurance included (you’ll need your own physical damage policy)

ELD & dash cam included for easy compliance

Apportioned plates included

Detention pay after 1 hour — and you keep 100%!

No HazMat loads — just steady, non-hazardous freight

What we need from you:

At least 2 years verifiable experience driving an 18-wheeler

Clean driving record & pass pre-employment drug test & background check

Own a tandem axle truck (day cab is fine)

48’ to 53’ trailer with at least 16 adjustable winches (most loads strap, not chain)

We do have a 2026 Step-deck Trailer for rent if you do not have one.

Comfortable grossing 80k lbs

Equipment must pass DOT inspections & be properly maintained (No old, junk trucks as the scale house on I-35 is usually open)

Reside within 30 min of San Marcos

Basic PPE: safety vest, hard hat, steel-toed boots, safety glasses (some loading sites require it)

A few important notes:

If you have your own authority, you'll need to lease on to us and suspend yours — no exceptions

This is Owner Operator only — if you’ve got a driver in your truck looking for work, this isn’t the spot
