Now Hiring for Multi Family Communities: In Odessa, TX.

We are currently hiring for the following position: Lead Maintenance.

Lead Maintenance Starting at $30-$32 per hour depending on experience.

Our company is looking for employees to assist us in our goal to provide the finest-quality services to our residents and to do so in the most efficient and economical way possible, thus gaining our competitive edge so that our residents continue to be a part of our community and recommend us to others.

The ideal candidates must possess the following:

Must have 7+ years industry knowledge/experience in the Apartment Industry.

Other Certifications are a plus.

Must have experience with Electrical, Plumbing, and Sheetrock.

Pool Certification is a plus.

Must have HVAC Certificate.

Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).

All employees hired are contingent to a background check, MUST have valid driver's license and drug screen.
