Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic Needed

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team! This is a DRUG FREE work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diesel & gas engine repair and maintenance, with experience working on a variety of heavy & light vehicles including tractor-trailers. This role requires mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.

Duties

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel & gas engines, including but not limited to transmissions, air brakes, hydraulics, and suspension systems etc.

Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify mechanical issues and determine necessary repairs.

Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for repairs and fabrication tasks.

Maintain accurate records of repairs performed and parts used.

Adhere to safety protocols while performing heavy lifting and operating machinery.

Experience

ASE Certifications (ASE T2, ASE T3, ASE T4, Etc.)

Valid & Clean commercial driver's license (CDL)

Previous mechanic experience is essential; Including tractor-trailers

Familiarity with automotive repair techniques including brake repair, tire service, shocks & struts, alignment, and HVAC systems.

Experience in heavy equipment operation is a plus

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
