We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Excel Specialist to join our team on a short-term contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft Excel formulas, data organization, and spreadsheet management.
This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to interpret and analyze data to support operational and reporting needs.
Responsibilities
Create, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets for tracking, reporting, and analysis.
Develop and troubleshoot formulas, functions, and conditional formatting.
Organize and clean data for reporting and presentation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed.
Assist with data entry, validation, and quality control to ensure accuracy.
Work closely with managers and team members to understand reporting needs and deliver clear results.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all data handled.
Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas such as VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, IF statements, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and Pivot Tables.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Prior administrative, data analysis, or reporting experience preferred.
Assignment Details
Duration: Approximately 3–4 months
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay: $20.00 per hour
