Desk Adjuster (Property Claims)

NO TRAVEL

Dynamic property adjusting firm seeks experienced desk adjuster to help with in house claims management and negotiation.

Key requirements:

-Strong negotiation/interpersonal skills

-Organized and motivated to move files along

-TX adjuster licensed preferred but not required

(we will help you get licensed while you train)

-5+ years in insurance property claims

-Xactimate proficient

Compensation:

-Base salary

-Generous incentives based on increase of claim

Most claims at the Dallas location are residential roof & water claims. This is a remote position (only 1-2 meetings a week required in office). No field meetings required (all files assigned to you will already have detailed photos and measurements).
