Hello, my name is Zach and I’m the owner of a general contracting company in the DFW area.

I’m seeking a specific individual that once I find, we will be unstoppable together.

In order for this to be a good fit, this candidate will HAVE to posses a few particular traits.

Requirements/Experience:

- Bi-lingual

- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and components.

- Strong leadership skills.

- GRIT, with the ability to continuously look for solutions, rather than constantly present problems.

- Self-starter. (Someone who doesn’t need to be told what to do, in order to take initiative.)

- Proven sales experience.

- Proven single ply, mod-bit, and BUR experience.

- Insurance experience. (Not necessary, but recommended.)

For the right candidate, there will be ownership options.

This is a 1099 commission based opportunity, with the option to become a full time W2 employee (+ commission), by August 2026.
