Care Provider for Teen with Disabilities

We are looking for a compassionate, reliable provider to assist a 16-year-old boy with intellectual and developmental disabilities in [Brownsville, TX].

Duties include:

Assisting with personal care (feeding, bathing, dressing, hygiene)

Changing and supporting incontinence care (diapers)

Supervising daily activities and ensuring safety

Providing companionship, patience, and structure in a calm environment

About the individual:

Nonverbal, requires hand-over-hand assistance for most tasks

Diagnosed with Autism (Level 3), Epilepsy, ADHD, and Intellectual Disability

Needs 24/7 supervision due to limited awareness of safety

Schedule & Pay:

$12 per hour

25 hours per week (after school and weekends)

Paid directly by Medicaid Waiver Program

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old

Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus

Must pass a background check through the state system
