Locations: Boston Pizza Markham (7680 Markham Road, Markham, ON) & Boston Pizza Ajax (8 Salem Road South, Ajax, ON)

Boston Pizza is currently seeking experienced and passionate individuals to join our team as Front of House Supervisors and Managers at our Markham and Ajax locations. Whether you're looking to grow your hospitality career or bring your leadership experience to a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

Our restaurants operate from 8:30 AM to 2:45 AM, with business hours from 11:00 AM to 2:00 AM. Most shifts are either opening (9 AM – 6 PM) or closing (5 PM – 2:45 AM). We offer both part-time (20–30 hours/week) and full-time (35–44 hours/week) positions. Wages range from $20 to $24 per hour based on experience and performance, plus the added benefit of tip sharing. Candidates must be available to work evenings, weekends, late nights, and holidays as required.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in a fast casual or premium restaurant setting in roles such as server, bartender, supervisor, or manager. A valid Smart Serve certification is required. We’re looking for leaders who lead by example, work “shoulder to shoulder” with their team, and are committed to maintaining Boston Pizza’s high standards of hospitality and food safety.

A successful Front of House Supervisor or Manager is someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, is highly organized, and excels at managing time and people effectively. You should be passionate about coaching others, driven to develop your own leadership skills, and confident in your ability to create an exceptional guest experience. Building positive relationships with team members and guests, communicating clearly, and staying calm under pressure are all key to success in this role.
