Customer Service Department Billing Specialist with a strong background in Customer Service and Financial Billing.

JOB SUMMARY

The Billing Specialist supports accurate, timely, and compliant billing across multiple operational areas, including Account Review, System Control, and Specialized Billing. This role ensures billing accuracy, resolves account discrepancies, and manages specialized billing scenarios. Billing Specialists work collaboratively with internal departments, builders, contractors, and customers to maintain data and billing integrity, improve processes, and deliver high-quality customer service.

Review customer accounts

Confirms accurate billing

Supports and processes adjustments and/or one-off charges in accordance with policy and regulatory guidelines

High School Diploma or GED.

Two years of experience in customer service, billing, or account management, preferably in UTILITY or RELATED industry.

MONDAY TO FRIDAY

8:30 AM TO 5:30 PM

19.00 AN HOUR

MUST HAVE 2 YEAR EXP

RESUME REQUIRED
