We’re an old-school body shop looking for a determined apprentice who’s ready to put in the work, pay attention, and learn the trade the right way.

Who We’re Looking For:

- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (Border commuters welcome)

- Can commute reliably to El Paso

- Respects traditional craftsmanship and quality work

- Has ZERO ego and knows how to listen, watch, and learn

- Willing to follow our proven repair methods step-by-step

- Has fire in their belly to master this trade and build a real career

No prima donnas. No “I know better” types. No shortcuts.

This is a true apprenticeship under a shop that’s been running successfully since 1980.

What You’ll Learn

You’ll get a solid foundation in professional, traditional, quality body repair —not bondo cover-ups like those shops that cut corners with cheap, low-quality work. You’ll learn how to restore panels the right way and understand why we don’t use quick-fix PDR (paintless dent repair) shortcuts.
