We are a growing IRS certified CPA firm specializing in cross-border tax, accounting, and consulting services for businesses and individuals in the U.S. and China. We provide bilingual, full-cycle support in tax compliance, financial reporting, and business advisory services.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative / Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a CPA firm or law firm environment, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to partners and tax professionals

Manage client documentation, engagement letters, and filing systems (both electronic and physical)

Prepare and format letters, invoices, and reports using Microsoft Word and Excel

Assist in maintaining client databases and CRM systems

Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional and bilingual manner

Schedule client meetings, track deadlines, and coordinate internal communications

Support e-filing, document collection, and signature management for tax filings and client onboarding

Perform other general office duties as assigned to ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications

Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) – written and verbal

Prior experience in a CPA firm, accounting firm, or law firm is strongly preferred

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Familiarity with CRM systems or tax workflow software is a plus

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure during busy seasons

Professional demeanor, strong communication, and a collaborative attitude
