Maintenance helper

Greetings,

I am seeking assistance with various tasks. The schedule is flexible, potentially a few times per week. I require help with gardening, water blasting, cleaning drains, minor AC maintenance, painting small items, floor cleaning, dusting, and moving light furniture.

Some tasks may require some physical effort. Therefore, I would welcome applications from young men.
