Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Bartender, Food Server AND Prep and Line Cook to join our culinary team. These roles are essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and upscale restaurant focusing on food preparation, inventory management, and maintaining high standards of food safety. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the culinary arts, Mixology, strong leadership abilities, and experience in various food service environments, including fine dining and catering.
Duties for Prep and Sous Chef:
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring that all food is prepared in a timely manner.
Manage inventory control by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with health regulations.
Assist in menu planning and development to enhance dining experiences.
Ensure adherence to food safety protocols during all stages of food handling and preparation.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive working environment that fosters teamwork and hospitality.
Qualifications
Pay: $17. 00 - 20.00 per hour
Duties for Bartender/Food Server:
The perfect person with great mixology skills, serving guests with to meet and exceed expectations, attention to detail for drink recipes, attention to detail with plate presentation, guest ticket management, money handling, fast paced, energetic fun persons need to apply.
