Responsible for the creation and production of all baked goods and desserts (breakfast, lunch, dinner and any other amenities) in any of Blackberry Mountain’s Restaurants.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Cleanliness and organization of bakeshopCommunication and ordering of all pastry specific supplies and equipmentProper rotation and monitoring of raw and finished productsOverseeing all production of breakfast pastries, breads, lunch and dinner dessertsManagement of production scheduleManagement of staff work scheduleFull creative responsibility in menu development under guidance from Executive ChefRepresent Blackberry Mountain in cooking schools, public events and media situationsCoordination with Executive Chef of daily needs of restaurant operation, especially pertaining to bakeshopTraining of all pastry team members and other kitchen staff where necessaryOverseeing pastry employee tier systems and reviewsMaintaining current seasonal dessert rotationRecipe costing Must comply with all company policies and procedures.To perform the essential functions of this position regular and consistent attendance in required.
