We’re looking for a dependable and motivated individual who wants to grow with us and take part in every stage of the construction process.

Position Overview:

The Construction Laborer will assist with various aspects of residential construction. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to develop new skills while contributing to a positive, team-driven work environment.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

Strong desire to learn new skills and expand construction knowledge

Ability to perform multiple tasks, including:

  Light framing

  Drywall installation and finishing

  Cabinet installation

  Plumbing assistance

  Basic electrical work

  Flooring installation

  Painting and finishing work

Minimum of 2 years of experience in at least one of the above trades

Must be comfortable working at heights and using ladders safely

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Ability to follow directions and maintain attention to detail

Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
