Need handyman that LIVES in Rutherford Couny, TN

Need handyman that wants part time work, give and take on flexibility. Paying $30 an hour for most jobs and for any larger jobs we would discuss price ahead of time.

I have about 30 houses in the Murfreesboro, Smyrna, LaVergne and Antioch, TN area.

I need someone that is dependable at 10 out of 10, with a work ethic at a 9 out of 10, and a work skill of at least an 8 out of 10. Speed and efficiency is expected.

Holiday bonus included after 12 months of service. I need someone I can trust.

Must be proficient in paint, drywall, electrical and plumbing. Framing is a plus.
