The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the inspection, service, and repair of a variety of building systems — including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and general interior and exterior components.
You’ll play an essential role in ensuring the property operates safely and efficiently, maintaining the comfort and satisfaction of guests and team members alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on buildings, equipment, and vehicles
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including lighting, switches, outlets, and panels
Maintain plumbing fixtures and systems, including pumps, valves, and water heaters
Repair general building elements such as doors, locks, tile, and furniture
Perform light refrigeration and HVAC-related maintenance
Maintain clean and safe work areas during and after each project
Coordinate with vendors and other departments to resolve issues quickly and effectively
Safely operate company vehicles and maintain required tools and licenses
What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or equivalent (vocational or technical training preferred)
In-depth knowledge of tools, mechanical operations, and repair techniques
Valid Driver’s License
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work indoors or outdoors in varying conditions
Strong communication skills and a professional, dependable work ethic
A proactive problem solver who takes pride in maintaining excellence
