Independent Contractor - Property Manager Wanted

My husband and I own a few properties in Memphis and are in need of a property manager.

We live in Arizona, so we need someone that we can trust.

We need someone with experience finding section 8 tenants, and screening private tenants.

We do not own that many properties, and are in the process of scaling, however we have had bad experience with

managers who lie and steal we need to be able to trust, 100% this person.
