The ideal candidate will possess not only a comprehensive working knowledge of diverse trades but also the capacity to navigate complex problem-solving situations with precision and adaptability. Applicants must demonstrate personal reliability through the consistent availability of their own vehicle ,their own basic hand tools the ability to learn quickly, a valid driver’s license, a functioning cell phone, and fundamental computer proficiency for scheduling and communication purposes. This role requires an individual who is both resourceful and versatile, problem solving and capable of executing projects with efficiency, craftsmanship, and professional integrity.
