Construction Technician (Residential)

Compensation: $27.50/hour + Performance-Based Bonuses

We are a leading Chimney and Fireplace company serving Nashville and the surrounding areas.

Position Overview:

No prior chimney experience is required, but candidates must have a background in construction. This is a full-time position.

Ideal Candidates Will:

- Be comfortable working at heights.

- Have the ability to carry ladders and interact professionally with customers.

- Be handy and knowledgeable in construction practices.

- Be quick learners and dependable.

- Be available to work Monday through Friday from 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM, with some days extending until around 6 PM.

- Hold a valid driver’s license.

Additional Information:

- There may be opportunities for Saturday work.

- Candidates must have reliable transportation to and from work in Nashville/Brentwood area.

Compensation Details:

The pay rate is $30/hour, with the potential for weekly performance-based bonuses. Bonuses are awarded when you meet your sales targets and are paid each week. This is a 1099 position.

Paychecks are issued on Fridays.
