In this exciting 6-month fixed term contract, you will drive strategic marketing solutions to help NRMA achieve objectives and targets, specifically in relation to our roadside and motoring portfolio. The role is responsible for leading the annual marketing plan for motoring products, and other roadside initiatives as required, to achieve demand (lead generation), acquisition & retention targets.This role works with the business stakeholders to assist on the creation of compelling offers, propositions & communication channels to meet these targets and by developing and executing best in class marketing campaigns within the marketing budget. Enjoy working full time, or 4 days a week on a part-time basis – 2 WFH and 2 in the office. What You'll DoManage the product portfolio communications platform across Media, Comms and CreativeWork with Product Managers and Sales & Operations team to develop and test compelling product propositions, offers and channel mix as part of product propositionDevelop segmented campaigns or testing based on prior learnings and identified opportunitiesWork closely with the Data team to use data analytics and test and learn methodologies across media and owned channels to help direct future campaignsDevelopment and overseeing of end-to end batteries and other roadside/motoring products marketing campaigns across all relevant media channelsMaintain spend within batteries and other motoring products budget for annual business planning approval What You'll BringTertiary level qualification in marketing or business5+ years’ experience specifically in marketingExceptional stakeholder management skills at all levelsExperience in developing annual marketing communications plans and reportsExperience in budget preparation and trackingExperience managing cross functional teamsStrong numerical and analytical skillsStrong influencing and persuasion skillsAbility to develop strategic plans and drive the marketing strategy agenda for portfolioIdeally experience with Google Looker Studio, META and / or Braze but not essential What's in it for you?At the NRMA we aren’t just about discounts (although you do get these).
