About Us

American IRA empowers individuals to manage their own retirement investments through self-directed IRAs. We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented administrative assistant that enjoys working with people, to join our client-focused team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone organized, tech-savvy (Must have advanced skills in Word, Excel, and One Suite), and excited to build a career in the financial services industry.

Role Overview

As a Client Services Administrator, you'll guide clients through account setup, provide top-tier support, and help ensure documents meet compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with account opening and onboarding

Answer questions and resolve client issues (phone/email)

Review applications for accuracy

Maintain detailed records in CRM (Salesforce)

Process mail from clients

Collaborate with internal teams to improve the client experience

Qualifications

2+ years of administrative experience or customer service experience in an office environment (financial services a plus)

Excellent communication, attention to detail, and multitasking skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat);

CRM experience preferred

High school diploma and background check required

A positive, can-do attitude and commitment to confidentiality

Bonus: Familiarity with IRA rules and alternative investments (real estate, private placements)
