Job SummaryThe Senior Program Manager, Engineering & Construction oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale fiber network deployment projects, with a focus on Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs) and private housing developments. This role manages end-to-end project delivery — including scheduling, vendor management, and performance tracking — to ensure on-time, on-budget completion of complex fiber builds. As a key member of the Brightspeed Enhanced Communities (BEC) Team, the Senior Program Manager drives operational excellence, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and supports continuous process improvement within the Engineering & Construction organization.Key Responsibilities Lead program management for the development and monitoring of engineering and construction build plans.

Oversee and manage the full project lifecycle across all vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders.

Direct local engineers in reviewing and refining mechanized engineering designs to identify and implement redesign opportunities.

Manage project changes related to engineering design, construction, and resource allocation.

Provide process support and leadership to internal network teams and external infrastructure service providers.

Drive cross-functional process improvements to optimize fiber build efficiency and execution.

Manage fiber deployment programs across multiple market segments, including:

 – MDUs with fewer than 50 premises

 – Greenfield and Brownfield MDUs with more than 50 premises

 – Single-family homes in Homeowner Associations (HOAs)

Monitor material management and ensure alignment with project schedules and cost controls.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure build requirements align with market agreements.

Promote company culture, fostering collaboration, open communication, and accountability across teams.
