To formulate a way forward for the IAM, SBIS & SIL Portfolio that is fit for purpose, advances the business agenda & people experience within a transforming organisation. To lead the IAM, SBIS & SIL Portfolio change agenda, managing various stakeholders, ensuring visibility of the Business Partnering team in resolving highly complex problems.
