Quality Reviewer (Part Time)

This is a unique and critical role in our business so informed and important health, work, and other life related decisions can be made.  

As such, each day this role involves:Reviewing specialist medical reports to deliver the highest quality and timely independent medical opinions to our clientsWorking closely with colleagues, referring clients and specialist consultants to ensure accuracy and clarity is provided in reports for effective decision making Ensuring all legislative and customer compliance requirements are met prior to a report being released Troubleshooting and escalating where required inaccurate, deficient, or incomplete reports and discussing with referrers and consultants to resolve all issues that need to be addressed Identifying and contributing to any report quality and process improvement to achieve constant and never-ending improvement for all of our key stakeholders Working within a fast-paced commercial environment to deliver the highest standard of customer experience to our clients REF8740H
