ReceptionistManage Receptionist and the daily dutiesSupervise the Receptionist and ensure all front desk duties are performed professionally and efficiently.3. Financial Administration: Petty Cash ManagementResponsible for managing and reconciling Office Petty Cash and Vending Petty Cash on a regular basis.Ensure all petty cash transactions are accurately recorded and supported with valid receipts or documentation.4. Housekeeping Manage outsourced cleaning staff to ensure they perform their duties effectively and in accordance with company standards.Ensure the entire office environment is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.5.
