IT Systems Engineer

In this role, you will be involved in evaluation, testing and implementation of IT infrastructure systems to support PSI business processes and operations.You will:  Maintain, upgrade and improve company IT infrastructure systems and networksDesign new computer systems and frameworksManage the set-up and configuration of IT infrastructure systems including Azure/MS 365/Microsoft Exchange/ MS Teams and its integrationsDevelop and implement maintenance procedures, troubleshoot reported errorsOptimize and maintain LAN and WANOptimize and maintain backup and restore processesInstall, configure and maintain server (HP/HPE) and network (Cisco) hardwareTranslate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirementsCreate IT guidelines and manualsDeliver trainings on IT infrastructure system processes
