About the RoleWe’re looking for a powerhouse Group Head of Marketing to take full ownership of our marketing strategy and execution. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is for someone who lives and breathes brand, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to leave a bold mark on how we’re seen and how we grow.This is a hands-on leadership role that balances vision with execution — combining world-class strategy with the ability to roll up your sleeves and deliver. You’ll be the custodian of a brand that delights millions of customers every day, shaping how our products are experienced and how our story is told. Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Ownership & StrategyBe the custodian of our brand identity and customer-facing presence.Build and own the marketing strategy, aligned to company goals and vision.Champion and evolve our brand’s CI, staying ahead of trends and best practice.Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external touchpoints.Leadership & CollaborationLead, mentor, and grow a small high-performing marketing team.Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Product, Finance, and the Executive team.Select and manage external agencies, freelancers, and partners where neededGrowth & Demand GenerationDesign and run integrated campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.Oversee performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and CRM strategies to fuel scalable growth.Own the marketing funnel end-to-end, using data and insights to continually optimize.Content & CommunicationsOversee creation of compelling, differentiated content that amplifies our brand.Ensure digital assets (website, social media, thought leadership) are world-class.Lead PR, external communications, and industry positioning.Product & Customer MarketingPartner with Product and Commercial to define go-to-market strategies.Build product positioning, messaging, and decks that clearly communicate value.Data & AnalyticsDefine KPIs and own reporting on marketing performance and ROI.Regularly share insights and recommendations with the executive team.Test, learn, and refine — driving a culture of data-driven decision-making.Budgeting & OperationsOwn and manage the marketing budget with clear ROI accountability.Streamline marketing operations to maximize impact and efficiency
