Group Reservations Executive

Joining our dedicated Reservations team, our full time Group Reservations Executive will provide a luxury experience to our group guests. Within this role you will:Liaise with the Sales department to take over the management of groups accompanying events and accommodation only groupsInput of all Group Blocks into Opera as requested from the Sales DepartmentLiaise direct with clients prior to arrival and meet and greets for groupsWork with the Reservations FIT department for supportTrain and Develop FIT Reservations staff in groups areaWork with operational departments to ensure service levels are metAssist to meet and exceed the group rooms budgetPrepare documentation including rooming lists and group resumesPrepare reports for revenue and salesMaintenance of database of key contacts / clientsSite Inspections as requested by the client
