Property Soar is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Trainer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our customer service team. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring that our team consistently provides exceptional service to our clients.Responsibilities:Design, implement, and update customer service training programs and materials.Conduct training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching for new and existing team members.Evaluate employee performance and provide actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.Maintain training records and track the effectiveness of programs.Ensure all team members adhere to company standards and best practices.
