Client Invoice Consultant

Turner & Townsend is looking for a Client Invoice Developer to support our Construction Management team.The Invoice Developer will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing invoicing processes across multiple projects. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.The team is growing quickly and has many pressures resulting from this growth. This role is essential to ensuring financial accuracy and timely billing to support continued success.Develop and maintain invoice templates and billing systems.Generate accurate invoices based on project data, contracts, and client requirements.Track invoice approvals, payments, and outstanding balances.Coordinate with project managers and finance teams to ensure timely and complete billing.Analyze billing data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.Maintain documentation and audit trails for all invoicing activities.Ensure compliance with client-specific billing guidelines and internal financial controls.Support vendor onboarding and ensure proper billing setup.Collaborate with IT and finance teams to improve invoicing workflows and automation.Key Objectives:Establish and maintain streamlined invoicing processes to maximize accuracy and efficiency.Anticipate billing needs, resolve issues proactively, and support financial reporting.Build strong relationships with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth billing operations.
