This role supports the Restaurant and Bar's Manager in managing the hotel’s beverage operations, overseeing the Bar's team, ensuring compliance with Accor policies and procedures, and contributing to the continued success of our business. Other duties include, but are not limited to:Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports, commenting on key performance indicators and action taken to keep on target.Management and guidance of outlet Ambassadors.Prepare weekly forecasts for each bar and roster Ambassadors accordingly.Ensure constant liaison with the Conference Services department.Adherence to Emergency Communication procedures ensuring that enquiries from the media are only responded to by the nominated spokesperson.Demonstrate an understanding of stock ordering, PAR levels and stocktake.Represent the Restaurant and Bar's Manager in their absence and as required.
