Do you have a knack for fixing things and a passion for outdoor power equipment? Allen’s Seed is looking for an experienced Small Engine Mechanic to keep our customers’ equipment running at their best.

We have Full-Time and Part-Time positions available and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a team environment.

What You’ll Do:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain outdoor power equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, and more)

Perform routine maintenance and ensure equipment is safe and reliable

Test and troubleshoot equipment to ensure top performance

Keep your workspace clean and organized

Communicate clearly with both customers and team members

Use basic computer skills to look up parts and process customer paperwork

What We’re Looking For:

Hands-on experience or technical training in small engine repair

Ability to read schematics and follow basic instructions

Dependable, hardworking, and punctual

Comfortable with physical tasks (bending, kneeling, squatting)

Customer-focused with great communication skills

Willingness to learn — we’ll train the right candidate!
