This is a team-oriented atmosphere - reliability, adaptability, and cooperation are essential. The ideal candidate possesses at least one year of pastry production experience, however, we will train a willing and dedicated individual who is eager to learn. Practical knowledge of pastry production, using a dough sheeter, bulk dough scaling and production is a plus.

Shifts begin as early as 4 am depending on the day of the week. Rate starts at $16/hr. dependent on experience level. We are closed on Mondays.
If you are in school, we ask that you are available for the majority of breaks and can commit to at least one year of work. Weekends and most holidays we are open and need to fulfill such shifts.
