We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Trainer or Strength and Conditioning Coach who is not only skilled but also personable and passionate about helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop personalized training programs tailored to clients’ individual needs and goals.

Provide one-on-one and small group training sessions, ensuring proper form and technique.

Monitor and adjust programs based on client progress and feedback.

Educate clients on proper nutrition, lifestyle changes, and exercise techniques.

Maintain a clean and organized training environment.

Qualifications:

Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or Strength and Conditioning Coach certification (CSCS, NASM, ACE, or equivalent).

Experience working as a personal trainer or strength and conditioning coach.

Strong knowledge of exercise physiology and program design.

CPR/AED certification.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to motivate and inspire clients.

Friendly, approachable, and genuinely interested in clients’ well-being.

High level of professionalism and reliability.
