Carpenter/Carpintero

PKL Management LLC is a residential and multifamily builder headquartered in Providence RI and New London CT.

PKL is seeking a carpenter with ten or more years experience to join our team.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Regular attendance at assigned location that may include office or other project sites

 Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of project

 Measure, cut, install wood framing drywall, cabinets, flooring, trim, formwork, and other materials

 Lifting and moving objects and construction materials intermittently or on a continuous basis. Demolition as required.

 Use of lasers, measuring devices.

 Experience in using power tools, saws, pump jack staging

Must have a valid license and reliable transportation.

Must be willing to travel within an 1hr 15 min of New London or Providence.

Bilingual: Spanish and English.

Typical Hours:

7:00am-3:30am (overtime regularly offered)
