Tile Showroom Sales/ Customer service

Renaissance Tile is hiring! We are looking for an employee to assist our clients in the selection of tile or waterproof flooring products for their home renovation.

Job Description:

- Document descriptions and intended use of tile selections for accurate project planning.

- Continuously update and organize showroom samples and displays to reflect current trends and product offerings.

- Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming and inspiring showroom environment.

- Stay informed about industry trends and developments in the tile and flooring market.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Previous experience in a design or retail environment preferred, but not required.

- Passion for design and decorating, with a willingness to learn and stay informed about industry trends.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on customer service excellence.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
