We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Staffing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources, with a focus on building effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, technical recruiting expertise, and the ability to manage relationships across various levels of the organization. The Staffing Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing our recruitment processes and ensuring that we meet our staffing needs efficiently.

Duties

Develop and implement effective staffing strategies to meet organizational goals.

Conduct technical recruiting for various positions, including executive roles and campus recruitment.

Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates through interviewing and onboarding.

Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, Workday, or iCIMS for tracking candidates and managing workflows.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices in talent management.

Conduct employee evaluations and facilitate employee orientation programs.

Maintain compliance with employment and labor laws throughout the hiring process.

Foster strong relationships with candidates through effective communication and relationship management.

Engage in cold calling and lead generation activities to build a diverse candidate pipeline.

Utilize social media management tools to enhance employer branding and attract potential candidates.

Support training and development initiatives to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture.

Qualifications

Proven experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources management.

Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful candidate placements.

Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques, including internal recruiting and executive recruiting.

Proficiency in using HRIS systems such as Paychex, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, or Taleo.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Knowledge of employment & labor law relevant to recruitment practices.

Experience in talent acquisition strategies that include succession planning and employee relations.
