Personal Care Assistant

Enhance client satisfaction and quality of life by delivering personalized services in collaboration with the client and under the guidance of the Home Care Coordinator.Assist clients with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).Record client information in the patient log and notify the Home Care Coordinator/Supervisor of any changes or concerns.Actively participate in all required meetings, training, and educational sessions as directed by the supervisor.Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.Perform other duties as assigned.
