This job is part time and my office is located in my home, however I travel frequently.

The ideal candidate will not be employed elsewhere and will be able to devote ample time to get to know the workings of the business.

Experience with Quickbooks is a must.

Prefer someone available at least a few days per week between 8:00 and 10:00 AM.

Other hours are flexible and some remote work is possible.

Would also prefer someone local, within 30 minutes of Topton, PA.

Duties

Manage office operations, including accounts payable, filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records, primarily drafting proposals and estimates.

Assist with calendar management and scheduling jobs.

Utilize computer systems for data entry and document management, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Proficiency with Quickbooks, Microsoft Word and Excel required.

Maintain a clean and organized office environment to enhance productivity.

Other duties might include inventory and maintenance of various items used for business operations.

Experience

Previous experience in office management or administrative roles is required.

Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is essential.

Familiarity with calendar management tools and scheduling software is beneficial.

Strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation are a plus.
