Guardian Angel Home Care Services, Inc. is seeking a reliable and motivated Part-time Client Services/Office Assistant to join our team.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities Include:

- Conduct client in-home assessments with professionalism and care

- Conduct employee interviews for caregiver candidates and support the hiring process

- Help facilitate new hire orientations and training

- Provide general office duties and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Proficient in MS Word and basic computer applications

- Strong Communication and people skills

- Ability to multitask and stay organized

- Experience in Healthcare, home care, or scheduling a plus

- Must have own transportation with valid, PA Driver's License

- Must have clear criminal background

Schedule:

- Part-time hours with some flexibility (to be discussed during interview)
