Job Title: Meat Cutter / Butcher (Kill Floor & Beef Deboning Experience)

Location: Vineland, NJ

Pay: Starting at $22.00/hour + Overtime (Time and a Half After 40 Hours)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Meat Cutter/Butcher with hands-on experience working on a kill floor and beef deboning. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of knife-handling experience and a strong understanding of meat processing standards, safety, and hygiene.

Responsibilities:

Perform beef carcass breakdown, deboning, and portioning.

Work on kill floor operations including skinning and evisceration.

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all work areas.

Operate and maintain cutting tools and equipment.

Follow company protocols and USDA guidelines for meat handling.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in meat cutting and knife work.

Previous experience working on a slaughter/killing floor required.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.

Able to work in a cold, fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Schedule:

Starting at $22.00/hour, depending on experience.

Overtime paid at 1.5x rate after 40 hours.

Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with some Saturdays as needed.

Minimum 40 hours per week
