LIFE Center Manager

As our LIFE Center Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the LIFE Center. Your leadership will ensure that participants receive the highest quality care and services in a safe, welcoming environment. You'll also play a key role in strengthening collaboration across departments, enhancing care coordination, and fostering a culture where everyone feels valued—staff and participants alike.What You’ll Do:Lead and support an interdisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional, participant-centered servicesOversee daily operations and ensure compliance with LIFE program regulationsCollaborate with clinical and administrative teams to continuously improve outcomes and satisfactionFoster a positive workplace culture built on respect, trust, and shared missionMonitor financial performance and manage budgets responsibly
