Leasing agent/property manager

Our busy real estate developer's office is hiring an experienced property manager.

The ideal candidate must have the following qualities:

-Detail-oriented and organized

-Good common sense and able to prioritize tasks

-Self-motivated and able to work independently

-Have at least 2 years of experience

-Having eviction experience is a plus

-Must have a car

-Must be a team player

-Knowing how to use AppFolio is a plus but not required

-Able to learn quickly

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

-Show properties to potential tenants

-Work with contractors and the maintenance team to resolve issues

-Process tenant’s move-in move-out

-Resolve tenants' complaints and issues

-Process eviction

-Assist other co-workers when needed
