Hiring Contractors for Residential Work

We are a residential real estate investment company based in Philadelphia, and we focus on renovating properties for either rentals or as flips.

We are in search of reliable, honest and hard-working contractors to work on and manage our projects. You would also be involved the pre-acquisition stage, as we walk through properties and agree on what needs to be done, and we would ask you to pull together a rehab budget and scope of work for these projects (which we would compensate for, as we understand putting together budgets and scopes of work take time). We want to build a long-term successful relationship with the right people, so we offer opportunities to earn additional compensation based on the efficiency and quality of work completed.

Qualifications:

- Must have experience, and will need to show pictures of recent work and provide references

- Must provide proof of license and insurance

- Must have own transportation and tools

- Must be motivated, responsive and reliable
