Facilities Manager

National real estate company with Erie portfolio is seeking a hands-on maintenance manager to maintain its properties in west Erie. Responsibilities include the following:

1. Interface directly with tenants to resolve work orders

2. Perform painting touch up, and minor plumbing, electrical, etc.

3. Bid out and retain subcontractors for larger maintenance projects

3. Monitor and supervise landscaping/janitorial at properties

5. Monitor utility billing at properties (electric, water and gas accounts)

6. Work closely with leasing and management

Must have transportation, clean background, facility with email. Compensation up to $35/hour based on experience, plus leasing bonus with 20 hours/week guaranteed salary (Approximately $55k minimum salary.) To express interest, please email resume and cover letter to Craiglist link above.
