Teach training curriculum to new hires and analysts requiring refresher trainingWork with other laboratory trainers to maintain training calendars for each trainee to show progress and support Group Leader as the analyst enters productionTrack trainees technical progress toward independent laboratory work in support of the Group LeaderLiase with ELLI training center to prepare materials in the department in expectation of new hire arrivalDemonstrates ability to work on multiple projects at one timeDemonstrates ability to teach trainees as part of a team or in an independent settingConnect and facilitate meetings between trainees and department or division experts for introduction to ELLI systems (i.e. ELN, eLIMS etc…)Update training curriculum to adapt to changes in ELLI systemsApplies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriateApplies the highest quality standard in all areas of responsibilityDemonstrates and promotes the company visionDemonstrates strong client service skills, teamwork, and collaborationProactively plans and multitasks to maximize productivityMeets all quality and productivity metrics and demonstrates strong teamwork and collaborationRegular attendance and punctualityParticipate in training curriculum development and applicationCommunicates effectively with client staff membersConducts all activities in a safe and efficient mannerPerforms other duties as assigned
