Technical Designer

Technical Designer (Entry Level)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Technical Designer to join our team on local and international projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods. This role involves collaborating with the project architect to produce accurate and high-quality drawings for conceptual designs, presentations, design development and construction documents.

Requirements

Professional degree in architecture or related field.

1 – 3 years of related experience.

Proficient in Revit, Adobe Suite, and AutoCAD.

Outstanding conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills.

Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development.

Ability to meet deadlines for deliverables.

Responsibilities

Contribute to all phases of the design process including schematic design, design development and construction documents.

Translate hand sketches into Revit designs.

Collaborate with the project architect to incorporate redlines on design drawings and construction documents.

Maintain project files.

Salary Information

The salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $65,000 per year. Actual compensation is based on a candidate’s work experience, education and/or skill level.
