Sage Crystals—a woman-owned boutique crystal company rooted in education and empowerment—is looking for a Crystal Merchant to join our Portland retail team. This is a part-time in-person position perfect for someone who’s enthusiastic about crystals, excellent with people, and excited to grow with a values-driven, community-focused company.

We don’t expect you to be an expert—but we are looking for someone curious, warm-hearted, and self-motivated, who’s eager to learn and committed to delivering thoughtful, high-touch customer experiences. As a Crystal Merchant, you’ll be more than just a sales associate — you’ll be a guide, an educator, and a part of a team dedicated to making every customer feel welcome, seen, and empowered.
